From Irregular Geometry to Calculation: Free-Form Modelling and Advanced Analysis for Churches and Special Structures
The 3Muri Project offers an innovative approach to structural modelling, expanding the design possibilities for engineers and industry professionals. Thanks to the OPEN Modeller, which accepts input on a vertical plane, it enables the modelling of irregular walls and façades, allowing the analysis of structures with non-cubical behaviour; and, thanks to its integration with Local Masonry Checks, it allows the study of kinematics both in-plane and out-of-plane. Furthermore, static and seismic analysis can be carried out within the FEM environment.
